What happens on the call

Fifteen minutes, no cost, and you leave with your next steps in writing. Here is exactly how it goes, including the money question, so there is nothing to brace for.

Fifteen minutes, three parts

Most people put this call off because they are picturing a sales pitch. Here is the actual shape of it, so there is nothing to brace for.

Minutes 0 to 5

We listen

Which letters you have, which years are involved, and what is actually worrying you. Have the newest notice to hand. That is the whole preparation list.

Minutes 5 to 10

We map it

Where you sit on the notice ladder, which options may fit your situation, and what happens to the balance if nothing changes.

Minutes 10 to 15

You get an Action Plan

Your next steps, in plain language, in writing. Yours to keep and act on, whether or not you ever work with us.

Will we talk about money?

Straight answer, because you deserve one before you pick up the phone: the call itself is free. If there is a way we can help, we will tell you what the next step is and what it costs, on the call, in a number rather than a range.

And if your situation is one you can handle yourself, we will say so. You keep the Action Plan either way.

Anyone who quotes you a resolution outcome before looking at your actual IRS record is guessing. We do not do that, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does.

Or hear it in thirty seconds

What actually happens on the call.

We take ten new clients a month. That cap is not a countdown, it is how we make sure every client can reach a person when they call. The single most common complaint about this industry is that nobody rings back.

When we call you it comes from a Las Vegas 725 number. That is us, not a spam dialler.

Who this call is for

It is most useful if you have a balance the IRS is actively chasing, years that were never filed, or a notice you do not understand. It is worth booking before enforcement starts rather than after, because the further up the ladder you are, the more options are still open.

If you owe a small amount and everything is filed, you may not need anyone at all. The free guide walks through doing it yourself, and we would rather hand you that than sell you something you do not need.

Common Questions

Is the call really free?
Yes. The 15-minute Action Plan call costs nothing and you keep the plan regardless of what you decide afterwards. If there is a way we can help beyond that, we will tell you what the next step is and what it costs, on the call.
What do I need to have ready?
The newest IRS notice you have received, if you have one. That is genuinely the whole list. If you cannot find it, book anyway and we will work from what you do know.
Will you pull my IRS transcript on the call?
No. Accessing your IRS record requires your written authorisation on the appropriate IRS form, so it is not something that happens during an introductory call. Anyone promising a resolution outcome before reviewing that record is guessing.
Why do you only take ten new clients a month?
So that every client can actually reach a person. The most common complaint about this industry is that nobody calls back, and a cap is the only reliable way to avoid becoming that. Consultations continue after the month's ten are taken; it is onboarding that waits.
What number will you call from?
A Las Vegas 725 number. If you are expecting our call and an unfamiliar 725 number rings, that is us.
